Practitioner Qualifications
Who leads the team at COCO Skin Clinic?
COCO Skin Clinic is led by Dr Jane Lucas, a Cosmetic Physician with over 14 years’ experience. She is a National Key Opinion Leader and Clinical Trainer for Teoxane and is widely respected in the aesthetic medicine field.
Who are the rest of the practitioners?
Our team includes highly trained Cosmetic Doctors, Registered Nurses, and Dermal Therapists — all selected for their clinical expertise, advanced training, and patient-first approach. Ongoing education and collaboration are at the heart of our practice.

What are your opening hours?
North Fremantle Clinic: Mon 9:30am–2:30pm, Tue & Thu 9:30am–7:00pm, Wed & Fri 9:30am–5:00pm, Sat 9:00am–1:30pm (Appt only), Sun closed. Stirling Clinic: By appointment only.
Where are your clinics located?
North Fremantle: 2/210 Queen Victoria St, North Fremantle WA 6159. Stirling: 5/114 Cedric Street, Stirling WA 6021.
Where is the best available parking?
Free on-site parking at both locations. North Fremantle has additional 3-hour parking on Queen Victoria St. Stirling offers ample street parking.
Treatments & Consultations
What types of treatments do you offer?
At COCO Skin Clinic, we offer a comprehensive range of advanced treatments designed to support skin health, restore harmony, and enhance natural beauty. Our treatments have been curated to help our patients with concerns such as positive ageing, softening lines and wrinkles, looking less tired or angry, and restoring lost volume.
We break our treatments into three pillars:
1. Advanced Skin Therapies – including clinical facials, peels, skin needling, and
personalised skin programs
2. Laser & Light-Based Treatments – such as HALO™ Hybrid Laser, BBL™
photorejuvenation, SkinTyte™, and Healite II LED Therapy
3. Medical Cosmetics – we offer a range of advanced treatments that may be
prescribed depending on your needs
All treatments are delivered by experienced professionals using evidence-based protocols and premium technologies.
What is the consultation like, and what’s included in a facial assessment?
Includes review of health history, full facial assessment (skin quality, structure, movement), discussion of concerns/goals, and a tailored plan with time for questions. For more information click here.
I’m unsure which practitioner to book with. Should I see a nurse or a doctor?
All practitioners are highly trained. If new to the clinic, we recommend a consultation to help guide you to the best practitioner for your needs and schedule.
Will you treat a person under the age of 18 for medical cosmetic procedures?
We do not perform medical cosmetic treatments on patients under 18. Skin and laser treatments are available with parental consent.
Aftercare & Results
Do you provide aftercare?
Yes, every treatment includes tailored aftercare instructions. Some treatments include a post-care kit to support healing and enhance results.
Are the products in your shop recommended by your practitioners?
Yes, all products are hand-selected by our team and clinically reviewed. They’re the same used and prescribed in clinic.
Online Shop & Skincare
What skincare products do you stock?
We stock RATIONALE, Aspect Dr, Aspect Platinum, and SkinBetter Science. These were researched and selected by Dr Jane.
What products do you use during treatment?
Skin treatments use RATIONALE, Aspect Dr, and Mesoestetic. Specific product use is discussed during consultation.
Why can’t I buy some products online?
Some contain prescription-only ingredients and require a consultation to ensure safety and suitability.
How can I access prescription skincare through COCO Skin Clinic?
Book a consultation with our doctors or nurses. If suitable, you’ll be prescribed appropriate medical-grade products.
Shipping & Delivery
How long does it take to process and ship my order?
Orders are processed within 48 hours (Mon–Fri). Orders before 12pm AWST are same-day processed. Delays may occur during busy periods.
What shipping options are available?
Standard shipping via Australia Post. Free for orders over $300. Flat rate of $9.95 under $300. Express/international available by request.
Can I pick up my order in person?
Yes, local pickup is available from both clinics. We’ll notify you when it’s ready.
What is your refund and exchange policy for online orders?
Exchanges accepted for damaged/faulty items within 48 hrs. Refunds on unopened items within 14 days. No refunds for used items or change of mind.
Payments & Booking
What types of payment do you accept?
Cash, EFTPOS, most credit cards, Zip Pay, Zip Money, AMEX, and Afterpay (for RATIONALE purchases; surcharge may apply).
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes – via Zip Pay, Zip Money, Afterpay, and TLC Payment Plans. Contact us for more information.
When is payment required?
Full payment is required at the time of treatment or product purchase.
How can I book?

I’m not sure what treatment I need. What should I book in for?
We recommend starting with a consultation: $150 for doctors, $75 for nurses or dermal therapists (redeemable against your treatment within 30 days).
