SHIPPING POLICY
Processing Times
We aim to process and ship all orders within 48 hours of purchase. Orders placed before 12:00 pm (AWST) on weekdays will be processed the same day. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. Processing times may be longer during busy periods or if an item is out of stock. In such cases, we will notify you of any delays.
Shipping Method
- We offer standard shipping in Australia via Australia Post
- Orders over $300 – free shipping
- Orders under $300 – $9.95 for all other orders
- Express or international shipping is available at an additional cost, please contact the Clinic for options.
Free local pickup is available from both our North Fremantle and Stirling locations. We will contact you directly when your order is ready to be collected.
Refunds and Exchanges
- If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us via email or phone within 48 hours of receiving the product to initiate an exchange.
- Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase for retail products that are unused and in their original packaging.
- The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, alternatively – products may be returned in person to one of our Clinic locations.
- We do not offer refunds or exchanges on used products due to a change of mind.
- If you receive a refund, the original shipping cost will not be refunded, only the price of the product.
