Hydrafacial is a revolutionary treatment that combines patented technology with nourishing ingredients to deliver instant glow and a boost to skin health. The three-step treatment comprises a cleanse and peel, extraction and infusion of hydration to achieve multiple benefits to the skin. Hydrafacial removes skin impurities and exfoliates, allowing maximum penetration of antioxidants, peptides and hyaluronic acid to improve the look and feel of the skin. Multiple and regular treatments with Hydrafacial improves the appearance of fine lines, pores, pigmentation and acne.
Before the Treatment
Prior to any skin treatment at COCO Skin Clinic you will receive a thorough consultation with your Dermal Therapist to determine if this is the right treatment for you. During this consultation, you will be able to ask questions and have any concerns addressed.
During the Treatment
Hydrafacial has minimal discomfort. Your treatment will begin with a double hot-towel cleanse. The Hydrafacial treatment uses a specialised handpiece with interchangeable tips specific to each step. The first uses specialised serums to deeply clean and soften the skin. A combination peel (available in varying strengths) is then used to exfoliate the skin and open the pores. Following this, extraction of congested areas begins using a specialised tip to lift impurities from the skin. The skin is then rehydrated using a combination of antioxidants, peptides and hyaluronic acid. We finish the Hydrafacial treatment with the application of luxurious cosmeceutical skincare.
After the Treatment
You may have mild redness over the treated area which will resolve in a short time. Based on the condition of your skin, you may find the application of your regular skincare routine ‘tingly’ the night of the Hydrafacial treatment. In some cases, you may be asked to avoid certain products.
