Forever Clear BBL™ is an effective, fast and safe treatment. Most areas of your body can be treated. The most common treatment areas where acne is found is on the face, neck and back.
Forever Clear BBL™ uses a unique 3-step processes not available with other light-based treatment modalities and is exclusive to COCO Skin Clinic in Perth:
Step 1: Skin is treated with a blue BBL™ light to eliminate acne-causing bacteria deep down in the pores.
Step 2: Skin is then treated with yellow BBL™ light to reduce inflammation and acne associated redness to give you healthy, luminous skin.
Step 3: For added benefit, the skin is then treated with infra-red light in rapid, gentle pulses to initiate the body’s natural healing process.
Before the Treatment
Prior to any treatment at COCO Skin Clinic you will receive a consultation with your treatment provider to determine if this is the right treatment for you. During this time, you will be able to ask questions and have any concerns addressed.
During the Treatment
The procedure is non-invasive and has minimal discomfort. First, we must remove any trace of product from your skin. You will be asked to wear goggles as eye protection and a test patch will be performed to determine your skins reaction. During the treatment you will experience short “rubber band snap” sensations followed by mild warmth. Your treatment provider will alternate between setting to address all your concerns.
After the Treatment
You are likely to experience mild redness that will resolve within a few hours. There is typically no downtime and patients can wear make-up and resume normal activities immediately post procedure. Treated skin will appear clearer and pores will be less visible.

Number of Treatments
The number of BBL™ treatments needed will vary between patients and type of concern. The average number of treatments for concerns such as acne breakouts is between 3-6. It is usually recommended that these treatments be spaced two weeks apart. This treatment program is only a guide, your treatment provider will recommend the treatment plan that is right for you.
