What types of payment do you accept?
We accept cash, all credit and debit cards, including Amex. There is a 1.5% surcharge for American Express cards. We also accept Zip Pay for RATIONALE product purchase.
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes – we offer payment plans through My Health & Beauty. Read more about My Health & Beauty payment plans here or contact us for more details.
When is payment required?
Full payment is required at time of treatment (with the exception of payment plans). For some selected treatments, a non-refundable deposit is required prior to the appointment.
Where are you located?
We are located at 2/210 Queen Victoria St, North Fremantle. We are in the Prime Building – which is the modern building located on the corner of Queen Victoria St and Tydeman Parade. The easiest way to locate us is to note that we are opposite North Fremantle Post Office. Other memorable nearby landmarks include Old Bridge Cellar and Mojos.
Where is the best available parking?
There is free on-site parking at our building complex. Any bay marked COCO Skin Clinic, visitor or unmarked bay is available for you to park. There is also free 3 hour parking on Queen Victoria St parking lot (located in between Trish’s Place Antique Store and Oh La La Café). Alternatively, there is plenty of street parking available in the surrounding streets.

Will you treat a person under the age of 18 for injectables?
At COCO Skin Clinic we do not perform injectable treatments on patients under the age of 18, even with parental consent. We do offer our COCO Skin and COCO Laser & Light treatments to patients under the age of 18, with parental consent.

I’m not sure what treatment I need, what should I book in for?
If you are unsure what treatment will best suit your concerns, we recommend booking in for a consultation with Dr Jane or our Dermal Therapist. Consultations with Dr Jane incur a charge of $80 – this is redeemable on treatment within 30 days and includes full face assessment. A consultation with our Dermal Therapist is complimentary and focuses on skin assessment.
What skincare products do you stock?
At COCO Skin Clinic we stock RATIONALE and Skin Better Science as our retail ranges. Both ranges were heavily researched by Dr. Jane to ensure the best outcomes and user experience for our patients.
What products do you use during treatment?
During our skin treatments we use a range of RATIONALE and Mesoestetic products. Due to Australian Medical Board and TGA guidelines we are unable to disclose online the products used for our injectable treatments, however at COCO Skin Clinic we only use premium grade products. Further details can be discussed with Dr. Jane during consultation or prior to treatment.
